Refund policy

15-Day Return Policy 

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return if:

The return request is raised within 15 days from the date of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

The item is not damaged, altered, scratched, or broken

All original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories are returned intact

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products showing physical damage, wear and tear, or misuse

Requests raised after 15 days from delivery

Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

Products marked as Non-Returnable / Final Sale on the product page

Damage caused due to customer handling or improper use

Return Request Process

Customers must raise a return request within 15 days of delivery by contacting our support team with the order ID and reason for return

The request will be reviewed as per company policy and applicable consumer laws

Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Refund Policy

Returned products are inspected upon receipt

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

As per Indian regulations, shipping and convenience fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer

If the product received is incorrect or defective, return shipping will be arranged by us at no extra cost

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos.
We will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable under Indian consumer law.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests.
