Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within India only

  • International shipping is not available at this time

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • COD charges, if any, are shown before placing the order

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of our error

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes only

  • Orders with COD may be verified before dispatch

  • Refusal of COD orders at delivery may result in future COD restrictions

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal may require additional re-shipping charges

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

  • Such cases are eligible for replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy

  • Return shipping will be arranged by us for verified issues

Relationship with Return & Refund Policy

  • Products are eligible for return only if they meet the conditions mentioned in our 15-Day Return Policy

  • Returns due to customer preference, incorrect selection, or no damage must be shipped back by the customer

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product

  • Items showing use, damage, or missing accessories will not qualify for a refund

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Such delays do not automatically qualify for refunds or returns, unless required under Indian consumer law.
